Yes I was wondering if Adler 6mm WW2 figures mix better with C in C Miniature tanks, or GHQ miniature tanks? Or should I consider Skytrex's Action 200 WW2 tanks? Any help would be great, especially photos of comparing these items. Future thanks.

No, the GHQ models look down their noses at the others. Don't invite them to the same party. They don't mix well at all.

I think that my Adler WWII Germans and Soviets look fine beside both my C and C and GHQ tanks.

Adler is all I use with my GHQ and CinC tanks. Used to use H&R and others but changed all over. I think they go very well. They also have the level of detail to do justice to these brands of vehicles.

Thank you everybody for the info.

I would add that Adler's Soviet tank riders are just about a PERFECT fit for GHQ T-34s. They are molded en bloc with typically 5 or so figures all sitting/kneeling and huddled together, but even though en bloc they have very nice details. And the bloc just sits right on the engine deck perfectly. Easy to put on the table, easy to move with the tanks, easy to take off when you want to replace them with a dismounted infantry stand.

I'm told that this perfect fit is not an accident.

Based on side-by-side images I've seen (but can't recall the location of) Heroics and Ros are most to-scale with 1/285 micro-armor, with GHQ being a close second, and for that reason that's what I've always used. GHQ can be lowered to closely match H&R by grinding down the feet a bit (I mount all 6mm infantry individually on plastic card).

Baccus is over-sized, and Adler even more so. Look at a picture of a real man standing next to a real T34. Of course as you can see from above, this doesn't bother some people. I'm more of a scale modeler, so it does bother me. YMMV.

I'm a big Adler fan….and think they go really well as infantry bases with GHQ vehicles.

This said….I use GHQ for anything riding on vehicles …and keep Adler just for the infantry stands. I think Adler just have better action poses!

Good Luck!
