Hello, I'm new here but I was hoping to get some opinions from people that have played BG in 6mm or 1/285th scale.

For clarity my group will be using 1/285th scale and will play on a 6'x 4' terrain board.

I've heard the game plays fine at this scale but are there any changes or tweaks that need to be made to accommodate a smaller scale?

I just received my rule book in the mail yesterday and I should have Tobruk supplement book tomorrow. Can't wait to get my mini's painted and on the table to play some desert warfare!

Thanks for any and all advice.

I played it as written. Worked just fine.

BG probably looks a lot better with smaller scales. I have played with 1/144 scale and normal distances- closer match betweenground scale and figure scale than with my 20mm. Even closer with 6mm.
