A gamer in our group ordered some figures from Mirliton shipped Dec 1.
They provided him with a postal tracking number in his first e-mail, the package has not left Italy.
5 e-mails after that with no response? It is now the beginning of February.

Looks like Mirliton has a customer service problem.
Anyone else have a similar problem? How was it resolved.

Funny, a friend had a problem with Mirliton in October.

My friend had to send about half a dozen e-mails, but it was resolved. You just have to keep after them.

Not a good thing, tho.

Sounds like the problem may be with the Italian Postal service.

I cannot speak to the Italian postal service from Italy, but we have sent several packages from the US to Italy that arrived in Italy very quickly then sat for weeks.

Thanks Gents, I will pass this along.

It can take a while for the Italian Post Office to decide if they are going to steal your stuff, so give them some time. If it is unpainted it is pretty safe.
