A gamer in our group ordered some figures from Mirliton shipped Dec 1. They provided him with a postal tracking number in his first e-mail, the package has not left Italy. 5 e-mails after that with no response? It is now the beginning of February. Looks like Mirliton has a customer service problem. Anyone else have a similar problem? How was it resolved. |

Funny, a friend had a problem with Mirliton in October. My friend had to send about half a dozen e-mails, but it was resolved. You just have to keep after them. Not a good thing, tho. |

Sounds like the problem may be with the Italian Postal service. |

I cannot speak to the Italian postal service from Italy, but we have sent several packages from the US to Italy that arrived in Italy very quickly then sat for weeks. |

It can take a while for the Italian Post Office to decide if they are going to steal your stuff, so give them some time. If it is unpainted it is pretty safe. |
