I have now printed one of my largest parts in area terms on my Lexan base plate. I have had huge troubles getting large areas to stick. My final solution is to use wire wool as an abresive to roughen the surface of the plate, worked great, bit of a faf to get the part off but a small price to pay for not getting the part lifting during the print. This may help other folk with the same problem. |
