I ordered about 10 figures from Hydra Miniatures. I will convert them to use as a warband for Frostgrave Ghost Arch.
They accidentally sent me two of one figure and 0 of the one I needed. I hit them up on email and they replied straight away. They apologized and said they would get a replacement out ASAP. About 3 days later I got the figure I needed and an extra one! Mistakes happen, owning them and fixing them is what makes great Customer Service. Xin/Jeff |
