Nice to see more in this range. I just wish folks would get away form 10mm and 12mm designations. Given your size comparison with the Pendraken miniatures looks like these may be close to 1/144th which is much more valuable a designation for me then either 10 or 12mm. 1/144th puts them in the same size class at Dragon, World Tank Museum, and Arrowhead.

They look closer to perhaps 1/144th scale in the linked comparison shots (if the measuring marks shown are centimeter slashes). I'd be interested!

Its a scale that seams to be growing . I am looking eventually to go to 10mm or 144th for Cold War . That's if my eyes hold out !

The models look fine but obviously the sides of truck will look on the thick side scale wise but I think that is to be expected.
