I am making two units of these and need to know how long their lances were. Can anyone tell me? |

If they are based on the 'ethnic' style uhlans (ie Bosniaks, Poles) they are known to have used a long lance. There was no standard length that I'm aware of, but 9-12 feet would be my guess. |

The lance of the Bozniak was 4.65 meters long in 1780. The Uhlans of Kleist probably carried the same type. Two contemporary drawings seem to show them as much shorter. |
