I had this figure a long long time ago – maybe the 80's – it was a decent mini for a captive or sacrifice. Mine was painted better though . . .

All of these are old figs. I saw them in the 1990's at H-Con. Not that some are not pretty good minis (while others…not so much) they are not new!
