Does anyone make archers (i.e. orcs with self bows) that are similar in style to the old 3e GW Orcs of the golden age of the mid to late '80s? I know BTD has a range that is "inspired" by GW orcs, but they only have crossbows that I saw.

Ral partha Europe have the old Heartbreaker range with the Kev Adams sculpted orcs which includes two archers

Inquisition minis in australia had some. I'm sure they had bows. I think the chap may still cast things up if you ask. He had lots of 80s type stuff.
