Hi I made a small order through Miniature Market to Australia and I was following it and it seemed to be moving through their system and got to the point of 'Packaged'. Went back to have a look later and my account seemed to have disappeared, couldn't log in and no email was coming when I requested a password reset. I went in to see if I could re-register and it accepted my email address and details as ok and not a duplicate. Put in a notification to support@miniaturemarket.com but haven't heard anything back yet. Funny thing is it won't let me set default shipping or billing address. Placed two orders in the last two weeks, both arrived without issue. I believe they have live tech support you can chat with. |

I've found they slow down during their big sales, sometimes to the tune of a couple weeks. They always deliver, though. |

They are always my 'go to' source for anything they might carry. Miniature Market really saved me eight or so years ago when I made a huge mistake ordering the wrong case of Axis and Allies. Although it had been my mistake, they absorbed all of the costs associated with getting the shipment turned around and returned to them before it was delivered to me. Very loyal customer ever since. They are located here in St. Louis, MO USA (assuming same company) not far from me. I have purchased from them but I just go to the store and pick it up since they are 10 minutes away. They are opening a retail store in February separate from their warehouse. I don't know if this could be part of the problem you are having. Craig |
