So I ordered a few things from Warlord a couple weeks back and never recieved the package. Seeing as I live on the west coast I wasn't too worried about since these things take time. Well I get an email from Warlord saying my package was returned because there wasn't a "mail receptacle". Basically my mailman is a lazy cuss and because the parcel boxes for our mailbox was full he decided to send it back to the UK instead of writing a note and leaving it at the post office, which is standard protocol for that situation. Warlord being Warlord they promptly notified me and reshipped the package with priority shipping so there would be a tracking number and I will receive it on Monday. The whole situation was no fault of theirs but they certainly took it upon themselves to provide the best customer service possible. I love ordering from them and wanted to take the opportunity to publicly sing their praises. Happy gaming! |
