First off let me say I have a rather extensive collection of Wargaming Magazines. I have searched through my collection looking for an article about a rather large game dealing with the Napoleonic War in the Caribbean. The article, if my aging memory serves me right, was a large affair that had not only a town but also a large bay with several ships, some of which were sunk (and there were even special sunk ship pieces). for the life of me I cannot seem to find the article and I was hoping this might jog someone's memory and they might be able to point me in the right direction.

Here articles that deal with the same subject but are NOT the one I am looking for

Wargames Illustrated # 305, Martinique 1809
Wargames Illustrated # 279, Havana 1762

I even thought it might be in the digital Wargames Journal but it's not in any of the online issues (can't view 08 and 09)

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I recall seeing that too. Was it in WSS?

Not sure if it's the one you mean but Wargames Illustrated, no 195, December 2003, had some inspirational photos of a very fine looking Napoleonics in the Caribbean game.
