Playing Chain of Command so platoon level where possible and most definitely pre-Bulge? |

Look up the German counter-attack in the Peel marshes. It pits 9th Panzer and 15th Panzergrenadier divisions against US 7th Armored. It's kind of a mini-Bulge. link |

Battle of Rodt – December 22, '44 (Bulge). Its covered in the Ospery book US AI v. German PG. We just did it last month as our annual Bulge game. Its too large a battle for Chain of Command though, you would need a platoon level game as the atomic unit. But that's true of most WWII "named" battles. Thomas J. Thomas Fame and Glory Games |
