Unless things have changed dramatically, USPS is always the cheapest option for overseas. Checking FedEx they want nearly $150. USD USPS by contrast is $57 USD for Priority. |

Agreed! USPS is the "cheapest" aka most economic option. Never had any issues with them over the last years. The only problem I have is that it isn't really cheap :-( |

International First Class is the way to go, and the least expensive. DO NOT USE private shipping companies such as FedEx, DHL or UPS as they can cost you 3x to 4x the the USPS. |

USPS is cheaper. Especially if it can fit in a Small Flat Rate Box or a Flat Rate Letter Envelope. Granted, you are still looking at $20 USD+ |

I often ship from the US to a friend in Italy. I always use USPS Priority, definitely the cheapest way. |

I have been shipping overseas for almost 40 years and have always used USPS Priority. Never had a problem except once in all the years that I have been doing business with them. The one time I had shipped an entire painted army in three boxes and it never arrived. Fortunately I had insured it. The Postal authorities did an investigation and found out it was a postal employee who took them. Needless to say he was in big trouble, but I received all the insurance which covered the figures and shipping, in a timely manner. |

I've only ever had one problem either, in 10 years in mail order. Shipped a rule book, never got there. So I sent another, done. A *year* later the original came back to me. Correctly addressed, but COVERED in stamps, stickers, labels and scribbles. They grind slow but they grind fine….. |

I always use first class international with USPS. Never had a problem (knock on wood). |

Across four consecutive years visiting the US from Australia, circa 120 cartons (big on local shopping!) via USPS Priority International sent back to Oz, not one single problem. Sent one box via FedEx, once. Cost about four times as much to ship, and we were back in Australia before that box was… USPS was the way to go for us (Cheers to Sam and the rest of the USPS crew at Maumee, Ohio P.O.). "They grind slow but they grind fine….." Going to remember that one EC. Duck |
