The kind with 2 stories in front, the roof sloping down to 1 in back, but with a peak.
I googled it, and got very little. If I only had a 3D printer, there was a hit.
They would be perfect for a Battle Road retreat from Concord and Lexington.

Why, yes I do have several 12 figure units of LI and Grenadiers, plus hordes of Militia and Minutemen.

Think twice before you buy that first one.

You know what they'd charge for enough saltboxes to make up villages and line the roads, Winston? And if I ever saw a building made for scratch-building, the saltbox is it.

Dave Graffam paper model on wargamevault.com. It's a layered pdf with many options.

I've seen some of those paper buildings built up. They may be the answer to a one off game for Lexington-Concord.

Dover does a book that has a pre-printed paper model of a 28mm New England village with all the goodies. I have built their Civil War town and it is quite attractive.

I built both saltbox houses that David Graffam sells on Wargame vault. I highly recommend them.

Just bought and printed the Wargames Vault ones. Very nice!
Now, to get some more foamcore board and Aleen's tacky glue.

I use 2 ply Bristol board. Surprising how strong they are when completed. I do glue them to the printed base, which is pasted on plywood.
