Does anyone happen to know of a company that makes a miniature that can be used to represent a grootslang (basically a giant serpent with the forelegs and head of an elephant, something like:

). I'm looking for something about 50mm tall and fits onto a 50mm base. I'm not much of a converter/sculptor, so I'm hoping something already exists that even just close to what I'm looking for.
