Hey guys, I have just finished painting Warlord games Vercingetorix. As always i'm trying to improve my painting skills, so feedback on what I could have painted better or different is always greatly appreciated!

Wow! That's really great. I like it the way it is. Trying to find something to improve, I might say the contrast on the white strapping around his forearm is a bit high, but really it's fine.

Nice work indeed. Only thing, I believe he had brown hair.

I think its nicely done. If I had to be nit picky I'd say the white with black lining doesn't quite work for me especially on the helmet wings.

I'd suggest painting them a light grey and highlighting up with white leaving some grey showing through in the crevices.

Did you hand paint the shield?
C'est formidable!

I like him! My only constructive comment would be that I agree with Prince Rupert – I would have done the helmet wings in grey and then high-lighted with white

Prince Rupert has given some very good advice.

Much obliged for the kind replies & helpful feedback guys!

@idontbelieveit, Thanks the white & black is indeed something I could have done different:)

@nnascati,Did he? Painting blonde is more fun though xd

@Prince Rupert of the Rhine/Frederick/oldbob, Very good advice indeed, I was doubting to redo the helmet wings but decided to leave it at the end. Noted for the future though, thx!

@Winston Smith, Haha yes I did it with a toothpick:) Very fun but time consuming xd
