Contacted Reaper right before the holidays regarding incorrect parts in two Bones kits. Someone responded immediately and replacement models were shipped out ASAP, despite the fact they were on Christmas break. In fact, the replacement models got to me before a regular order placed two days prior. Hats off, well done. |
