Just curious .

Why , how , and when did the German and the dutch deploy the Carl Gustav and the Panzerfaust (44 or otherwise) .

Were they employed together?

Or did one replace the other??

How did the dutch deploy the Dragon ATGM? , just as the US army (1 per squad)?

Thanks in advance

From Enola Games "World's Major Armies: 1981":

In the armored brigades each Dutch armored infantry platoon deploys 3 squads, each including 1 Carl Gustav. The reconnaissance company deploys 3 recce platoons, the HQ element of each platoon including 2 Carl Gustavs.

Armored infantry units in the mechanized infantry brigades carried in YP-408 APCs include 2 Carl Gustavs in each company and platoon HQ element, while none are included in the infantry squads. Infantry units carried in AMX-VCI APCs apparently use the same distribution of weapons as those in the armored brigades.

The Enola publication predates acquisition of the Dragon, though there is a note that these would probably replace the Carl Gustavs.
