Hello all – I'm looking to get into the skirmish side of this period and from all of the suggestions, it appears like these are really solid rules for that. However, after looking around I can't seem to find anywhere that actually sells them. Not sure if I'm missing something obvious or if they are OOP? Does anybody here know where I could find a copy with the cards? Thanks! |

It's out of print as far as I am aware. You can try On Military Matters if you are here in the US. If not I think it's currently being revised for a second edition. Saga is coming first from the makers then my guess is Muskets and Tomahawks. |

If you'd be interested in painted, Trident 40mm French and Indian War, and Ganesha Games "Song of Drums and Tomahawks", contact me, I will offer you a good deal. Nick nnascati@gmail.com |

Try Sharp Practice if you have no luck. |

Dec. 30, 2017 Hi Rob, I have an unused copy of "Muskets & Tomahawks" which is gathering dust. It's for sale, or maybe even a trade. If you're interested, please send me a PM via TMP or write to jefffarm at earthlink dot net (please note the three fs in a row in jefffarm.) Jeff |

I think Brigade Games has copies |

M&T is a very good set. We recently played the same scenario twice – once using M&T and once using Sharp Practice. Both gave good games, but the M&T game took two hours while the SP game stretched to nearly 3. The only thing I'm not so keen on in M&T is the melee system, which just seems ridiculously brutal. It would be better if the normal result was for the losing side to break off; only a draw would cause another round of melee. At the moment, you get multiple rounds of melee and both units are pretty much gone afterwards. |

Thanks all! I couldn't find anything on Brigade Games and it looks like On Military Matters just has the book sans cards. I'm definitely going to pick up Song of Drums and Tomahawks as they look like good rules and I'm a fan of Ganesha's "Galleys & Galleons" rules. @Jeff thanks for the tip! I'll PM you shortly. |
