"MEDIEVAL MARRIAGE XIII Century 28mm. This diorama set represents the finale of a wedding ceremony. It shows a bride on a white horse approaching her groom and his family. She is surrounded by members of her family; some carrying her belongings in a trunk. Meanwhile the future in-laws are about to embrace and seal the union of the two
families. The miniatures faithfully recreate the clothes and hairstyles of the thirteenth century. The set was inspired by a scene in one of the frescos of Ambrogio Lorenzetti in the Palazzo Pubblico of Siena"
