Very impressed.
I have most of the materials to attempt some scratch building myself. Having seen this I have saved it to my favourites and inspired me enough to move it up the to do list.
So John if your watching this, excellent work mate. An inspiration.

Medium Density Fiberboard. Basically (and yes over simplified) it is wood pulp and resin.
