On line, I found that old warhorse, Warflag.
I was able to find some for Napoleonic wars, and the War of the Dpanish Succession. But none for AWI. I realize Spain was rather conservative and not innovative. So I may use some of these.
They generally match those on the Uniformology books. Normally, I would photocopy these illustrations, but almost all are artistically draped around someone or something.

Does anyone make Spanish AWI Flags in 25/28mm?
Or are any on line besides Warflag?

Did you find some Seven Years War flags?
You might check post cards from historical sites like St Augustine or Havana. There is an American reenactor group of Spanish units. You could also try Colonial Latin America.
When you search check images rather than sites. You will have better luck.
Those I have seen have been the common Burbon standard.
