Any scholar who repeatedly quotes Zinn and uses the term "reign" for a presidential term of office is already off track. Sorry, I couldn't finish it. |

I agree about Zinn,(although that is only in the first chapter) but "reign" might just be because he is a native Dutch speaker. But to each their own… |

Yeah, the English seemed a bit off, now I know why. I found her criticism of the Big Red One a bit off base. Sam Fuller walked the walk, and talked the talk, so I take his word for it any day of the week. I also was turned off by her consistent quoting of Mr. Zinn in the first chapter. Why do university students take him and Chomsky as gospel? |
