I am a fan of Peter Pig and have a load of their figures in my collection. I have always found them very helpful and very efficient in previous orders. Recently, I placed a smallish order for some WWII British for delivery to Canada. After 6 weeks the parcel had not arrived. Usually, orders arrive within 3 weeks. Anyway, I sent a note to inquire whether there had been an oversight, which can happen, or whether there had been some sort of SNAFU with the post and the package returned. Without further ado, Peter Pig replied advising that they had immediately posted a replacement package, which I did not expect. I invited them to send me an invoice for the figures as it is hardly their fault that something went missing in the mail. They declined to do so. As fate would have it, the original package arrived the very next day and I advised PP accordingly and reinvited them to send me an invoice. Again, they declined to do so. That, in my opinion, is customer service above and beyond the norm. Thanks and kidos to Martin and all the Peter Pig crew for excellent customer service. Kent |

Yep I can only thousand that (thats a plenty second). Peter Pig has a great customer service, produce great miniatures that are a pleasure to paint and easy too.
