I've started running a simple "Doctor Who: Exterminate!" Campaign where the Zygons, Judoon, Cybermen and Daleks are battling it out over a small part of the Universe. There haven't been any conflicts yet as the factions have simply been expanding outwards – although I doubt the Daleks and Judoon will be 'friends' for much longer… ;-)
At the end of every Fourth Turn I wanted to introduce a random encounter for one of the factions involving a force not concerned with galactic conquest. I was planning on this always being the Doctor and two companions, but recently decided to add the Fisher King to that mix.
For some fun I went with the majority decision from a "Doctor Who" Facebook Page as to whether the Tenth Doctor, Martha and Wilfred appear, or the Fisher King (and two ghosts) would battle one of the four factions, and the winner was The Daleks vs the Fisher King.
Hopefully, we'll be able to keep this going as I paint my collection of Silence, Vervoids and Draconians, and some of the other factions get cards. But for now the Daleks need to battle the Fisher King…
