Given how remote the Battlefield was and still is -- throw in the total chaos and the account is not to far fetched?

Intetesting, never heard this story. Heard the Foley one before.

It was quite common for soldiers to use aliases. Much to my ggg grandmothers loss she never received widows benefit on my ggg grandfather as he went off Mexico under an alias.

Well, Anyone can make absolute statements -- but we will never really know now, will we?

You know, if all the men who claimed to have escaped the LBH had stood and fought, Custer would have won.

Russ, let any one of them produce some fact we can verify but which they could only have known by being there, and I promise to pay attention.

Doesn't this type of thing come to light every couple years like the Amelia Earheart discovery. And just as soon get debunked?

Tango0113 Dec 2017 10:57 a.m. PST

Glad you enjoyed it my friend!. (smile)

At the end… it was possible or not?… they found the horse… etc…

Imho it was possible….

Not just "like" 23rd. Earhart is discovered to have survived--I would say every five years or so since her disappearance. I think my favorite was when she went on to become Tokyo Rose.

A hundred LBH survivors. How often has Hitler escaped Berlin by now? These things aren't a matter of evidence, but of continued public interest--which is why the Lost Dauphin didn't get a spot on the "History" Channel.

They'll be doing Elvis sighting next.

We still never know -- it only takes one ??

Alot of chaos, alot of smoke, noise, confusion, high grass, empty and remote wilderness???

Something, someone IS out there ???
We are not alone????

Gotta go, Elvis is at the door??? 😆
Impressed he didn't grab on to the "white horse" Indian account -- a liar would grab anything that might substantiate their tale it seems?
