I have to give a shout out to GW customer service for their fantastic, well, service. Back in mid November I ordered 3 Eldar Skyrunner Warlocks and an Eldar Autarch, the total coming out to $151 USD and some change. Normally I would have ordered them from a discount vendor but they kept selling out so quickly that I just decided to wait until they were back in stock at GW and then pull the trigger so as to guarantee I'd get them. Website checked, in stock, ordered. Not a word since then. I made two other orders that were received in due time since then. Finally decided to call today to find out what was going on with the order. Long story longer, they are repackaging them and including rules but also changing their product codes. I ordered right smack in the middle of that gap. The old code I had ordered was no longer valid and my order was put on a permanent hold waiting for a code that would never be back in stock. The customer service rep split the order and express shipped the Autarch at no additional cost to me and re-entered the correct codes for my 3 Skyrunners and shipped them express as well at no additional cost. He then refunded my money for the Skyrunners and the previous shipping back to my Paypal account. $115.00 USD right back in my pocket. That's some fantastic customer service!

Better customer service be not screwing up the order in the first place. You certainly did get a stand-up sales rep. Kudos to him for making things right.
