Feeling that one ought to embrace the Winter months, rather than complain about how cold and snowy it is outside, I have posted a number of pictures on my blog that show pictures from some of my past wargames played on snowy winter terrain. Absolutely love this. Can't wait to make my own winter terrain for gaming. I think it's the most visually pleasing of all the seasons to wargame. Your terrain really feels genuinely cold, fantastic! |

The other thing that's great about your winter battles is that it shows you can use buildings and minis. based on green grass and still use them effectively for a winter battle. You don't have to have every single thing based with snow. As long as the table and most of the terrain is wintry enough the green grass based stuff blends in quite nicely! |
