I am looking for a set of free, WW2 armor rules that can be used with a 1/100th or 15mm scale mini. The minis will represent individual tanks and the total deployment will be around a squad – platoon. Do you have any suggestions that might help me? I'm not looking for a detailed simulation either, something fast playing is fine. I'm thinking of using the Micro Brick Battle Lego tanks as the minis for this gaming. |

Hi Herkybird … I am honoured by your reply. Aren't you the author of solo rules for Wings Of Glory and X-Wing! Thank you. |

We still play the 1984 Fire Ogon and Freur which is tank vs tank combat. We played mostly big battles with micro armor but the battles get smaller as the scale increases. Due to model cost. The rules work just fine for any scale. |

Hi, yes, I am responsible for the solo rules you mention…Guilty as charged! I only really hope the rules I publish are enjoyed by more than just my little club! I am honoured when others say they like them! |

We've had fun with Bolt Action's Tanks expansion. It's really easy to pick up and doesn't overtax the brain :) |
