Just finished my first cannon crew for a slowly growing 1812 Upper Canada and American Army.

The base is a little weak but I just wanted to finish it and will add some long grass later.

Which rules are you using?

I am reading Black Powder currently.

As for playing, that will have to wait until my children are old enough. The last time I played a game was about 10 years ago and that was GW Lord of the Rings.

I try to play solo but I keep losing.

Nice looking figures. Boston Trained Bands have run Lundy's Lane and 2nd Sackets Harbor using Black Powder successfully at conventions.
