Not sure where to ask this, but email to the Foundry was not answered. Does anyone know what year the Foundry Republican Rome Wars range, by David Gallagher, came out? I've got a bunch of them that I bought in the early 90's, I think. I just wanted to know exactly what year they first were released. |

The Romans are advertised as 'new' in Wargames Illustrated issue 37 with a cover date of October 1990 comprising 16 infantry codes RR1-RR16 4 cavalry codes RR17-20 and two horse codes RRH1 and 2. The Celts are 'new 'in issue 41 with the cover date February 1991 taking the range to RR34 – no chariot of Celt cavalry in the initial release. |
