Quite right. It's a sedentary hobby, and we should probably be especially careful about diet and exercise. |

Your health is more important than the number of miniatures you get painted (or, for that matter, the number of hours you spend in the office). So go for a walk -- and give me 20 push-ups and 40 sit-ups at the mid-point. |
