What trucks were the most commonly used for troop transport and towing artillery for the British, Germans and Italians? I plan to buy some 3mm trucks from Pico to add to my motorized infantry. Also an to add some to artillery bases just to make them look more like miniature dioramas (using Rommel as my ruleset). Thanks!

All of them. Trucks from multiple sources (Italian, French, British, German, US) were used by all nations indiscriminately. Captured trucks were just as useful as your nations and employed whenever available, among the most prized were the Italian Dovunque models, but the British Morris were also very popular. Germans of course brought in Opel Blitzes, and Krupp Protzes among others. There were Fords and Chevies from the US and French North African possessions contributed various makes and models as well.

All serviced and sold at the local arab bazar auto lot. Short haul. long haul contract available. Damage insurance required.

I would guess the common ones was what the unit was issued in mainland europe for the first months… then whatever they took from the other side.

Any truck that still ran was used until it didn't run. By all sides. Sometimes by both sides in the same battle.
