I've recently acquired a sweet Mary Kaye sample case that would make an awesome miniatures/gaming materials transport. However, none of the usually mini storage manufacturers make trays that will fit. Does anyone know of anyone who makes custom foam trays? |

I don't know about custom companies, but you can make your own case by cutting a sheet of foam the size you need, cutting holes for the minis in it and then gluing (I recommend Contact cement) a base of EVA foam (sold as funky foam in craft stores). I've done this quite a few times with various sized cases. Sometimes with the foam they come with and sometimes with foam cut to fit. My method is here: link You can also order bulk pluck foam from the Foam Factory but you'd still want to make solid sides from othe foam of some sort or a cardboard box. |

Since Battle Foam can custom cut specific sized and shaped holes in trays, they might be able to do custom tray sizes. |

I've made many custom foam trays from sheet foam. Cut with scissors. Use fabric glue or hot glue to stick together. You can make any size you want with any dividers you want. |
