I'm in the process of painting up some 40mm Napoleonics for a skirmish game and wondered if anyone knows of compatible 40mm civilians? The only ones I've been able to find that might work are the Sash and Saber FIW civilians.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Ray

The Miniature Service Center makes a drover and some animals in their AWI range that you might be able to use. They also had some farm animals. They only make a few civilians, but the maid milking a cow is worth taking a look at.

Irregular has some generic looking civilians in their 42mm Renaissance range. They are dressed as peasants, so they are probably good for a several hundred year span. I believe they make animals as well.

The Sash and Saber civilians should still be usable for farmers and peasants, and a few might work as townspeople:

Hi Ray, have you looked at Eurekas 40mm Musketeers Range? They have a few civilians and some useful scenery items.

Thanks heaps guys.

I'm putting together British French and Spanish for a Peninsular war skirmish game using the new Forager rules (when they come out) and thought it would be good to have some civilians for the French to terrorise 😀

The Sash and Sabre figures will do the trick but some of the stuff from Eureka and Miniature Service Centre is also really nice.

I take it you've seen the S&S guerrillas.
