For trees i use TABLESCAPE. Too expensive for soem but perfect for all my 15mm needs. Buildings, partials, accessories PETER PIG of course. Good natural contours and detail. Cloths GW green mat, Tiny mats various and FOW desert mat. All easy to port and rugged too.
Some of the choices gamers make are about how portable it needs to be? This is all opinion anyway; there is no best.

The Battlefront buildings, roads, walls, etc…. are all great. I really like their Battlefield in a Box line.
