It's the buildup of magnetically shielded antimatter at CERN. "They" aren't willing to admit that they can neither turn off the generation nor guarantee the shielding. They are letting things leak out through TMP. Things are holding but just barely. Chairman of CERN and Bond Villain Higgs Boson could not be reached for comment.

But with my Zamazonian Genuine Particle Collector I am able to harness this "leakage" and use it to read my collection of Beyond the Vanishing Point, Astral Colored, Halo Zama Star System comic books, like "Captain Galaxy and the Junior Starmen VS. the Bogmen from Methania!"
