I would consider changing your ROF for ARs based on US Army M4 / M16 tactical doctrine. Which is rapid 2 shot semi-auto fire or 3 shot burst at reduced accuracy in quasi-full-auto. I would also consider accuracy penalty for firing LMG without bipod braced. |

Howdy, The differentiation between semi-auto to auto fire, is a play balance issue as much as a tactical issue. Players will always go for the most dice. So there needs to be a significant downside or unusual behavior will become the norm in the game. The arbitrary requirement for a phase to reload after auto-fire seems to work in that regard.
