I had an issue where I ordered a metal casualty pack (British in Stovepipe shako) and received a pack that bore that label but contained the Belgic shako figures – Warlord replaced them without a quibble within a few days of my contacting them. |

I ordered some of their deals for their anniversary and then their 3 for 2 cannon deal. Anniversary deal missing 1 piece – sent very quickly with no hassle and then the next day my 3 for 2 deal box arrived…. Now if only they sold spare time to paint :-) |
