I'm thinking that it's the floating ball that floats in the toilet tank, but it could, I suppose, be a concussion grenade.

Float was my first thought, though it could as easily be two dome pieces stuck together.

Anyone have clues to 'Chung' on the domes tops?

If you zoom in on the second picture, it reads Chupa chups, a brand of lolly pops.
You can buy them in a container that looks like a huge version of the lolly pops themselves, I believe this is the top part of that container.
