That's British Beach Master Major Colin Maud as depicted in Zanuck's "The Longest Day"--and beautifully at that! Of course the "Snows of Zanuck" had drifted a lot by making "Winston" the dog into a English Bull, when in fact (if I recall correctly) he was actually a Doberman Pincer. Small matter, though, if it's Character you're after in your games! The Sgt. Schulz and Col. Klink sculpts are awesome, but I'm a little surprised they are depicted as what look to be Wehrmacht instead of Luftwaffe. Another small matter…. I'm sure both would claim they were in Switzerland during the war anyway! TVAG |
