Hi all

I have a boardgame called Forbidden Island which has 6 characters:
1. Navigator
2. Diver
3. Explorer
4. Pilot
5. Engineer
6. Messenger

I am looking for 25mm Pulp-type figures to use as replacement for the plain wooden pawns that the game suppliers.

Do you have any recommendations for suppliers who can provide single 25mm figures that would fit the bill for each of the 6 characters?

Regards
Andrew

How modern do you need? You might try RAFM Miniatures from Canada. The Cthulhu line is 1920's or so time period. link

Pulp Figures are a good possibility, or Statuesque Miniatures.

Try Pulp Figures – pulpfigures.com or

Tiger Miniatures has some divers (I own these, they're nice):

Pilot and Explorer have multiple choices from Pulp Miniatures.

How do you envision the Navigator, Engineer and Messenger?

Forbidden Island is a terrific game -- I may steal your idea!

I would check Reaper Miniatures.

A search for diver turns up two scuba diver, a hardhat diver, and a US Navy Seal in diving gear.

They have a possible Navigator. Looks like a scroll or map she is carrying. link

Someone like this could be exploring:

Bombshell Miniatures has great female figures. If you want to mix in some women then they may work.

All of these are usually larger that "standard" 25mm figures. More in the 28mm to 30mm range.

Good luck finding what you are looking for. It is a great game. We like Forbidden Desert a little better but both are great.

As was mentioned above…I'll add artisan miniatures

Copplestone Castings have some Back Of Beyond adventurers that might fit the bill for them.

Otherwise, as suggested, Puklp and Artisan.

While Pulp Figures probably has the figures you need, Bob only sells complete sets not individual figures.
