According to my DBR Army List Book 2, the Croatian Light Cavalry in the German Catholic army may have had lances (at least in the Croatian general's bodyguard).

However, every 15mm Croatian cavalry figure I can find has swords.

Did they have lances? And if so, where can I find 15mm Croatian cavalry with lances?

Thanks.

Croatian Wiki page says some cavalry was armed with the long lances. Curiously, many carried whips. Gustav Adolf II said some carried two pistols, some five!

I'd love to see someone do Croats as they are described, wild looking characters with lots of movement.

The Croats in regular Imperial service are not to be confused with the troops of military border as they were recruited specificly as "croatische Arqubusiere" in the original documentation.

Isolano's 150 "Lanziere" are best represented by Polish hussars with breastplates, helmet and mail sleeves but without plate shoulders or arm guards. Just remove the wings and shorten the lances if the later are the full lenght of the Polish style Kopia.

In 15mm I would recomend figures such as Essex RPP15 or 15a
Polish hussar with a single wing

Or the By Fire & Sword Transylvanian Household cav with lances
link as they capture the "Hungarian" style even better. Of course you are not getting a 100% "Croat" figure with either choice but in this case one has to work with available proxies. If you favour a more "light" and irregular Eastern apperance you have the Transylvanian Commitatus cavalry

How about Khurasan's late 16th century armoured Hungarians?
