So, the latest Pen & Sword .99p sale is now up, and like the bibliophilic lemming that I am, I rushed over there! ("There" being link ). I ended up getting £192.95 GBP worth of books for £8.91 GBP.

The odd thing was after I had finished shopping, and went to checkout, I noticed apparently I'd only bought books that started with the letter D. Sesame Street would be so proud of me!

And, for the record, and just to show what kind of books P&S have on sale,

Death Before Glory! (Kindle eBook version)
The British Soldier in the West Indies in the French Revolutionary and Napoleonic Wars 1793−1815

Death in the Doldrums (Kindle eBook version)
U Cruisers Off West Africa

Decisive Battles of the English Civil War

Defending Heaven (Kindle eBook version)
China's Mongol Wars, 1209-1370

Dervish (Kindle eBook version)
The Rise and Fall of an African Empire

Destroyer Battles (Kindle eBook version)
Epics of Naval Close Combat

Destructive and Formidable (Kindle eBook version)
British Infantry Firepower 1642 – 1765

Disaster at D-Day (Kindle eBook version)
The Germans Defeat The Allies, June 1944

Disaster at Stalingrad (Kindle eBook version)
An Alternate History

All but a couple of the books start with D. And one of them is by an author whose name starts with D.

Ha! I guess that makes the odds of my shopping selection somewhat less than improbable! Completely missed that!
