As title suggests, I am looking for players of 15mm/28mm ACW in Twin Cities area.

The only FLGS in town of which I am aware that supports historical gaming is The Source. Not sure if there is any ACW gaming there.

Looking to play Reg F&F or Pickett's charge for 15mm. Open to suggestions for 28mm.

Feel free to PM me or reply here with how I can reach you.

Thank you.

Wow. Not sure what happened and why there are so many posts copied. Apologies…

It's not your fault. Bill's code just does that sometimes . . . for fun, I think. It's just toying with us while it plots to take over the world and eliminate all of us pesky humans.

As for your question, the Centurions (who run the every-other-Saturday games at The Source) will occasionally play Rally 'Round the Flag or Regimental Fire and Fury (you missed one earlier this month). I've never seen them play Battlegroup (per your query on the WWII board) but they're willing to play just about anything that someone is willing to put on. To keep abreast of their plans, see their blog at:

There's contact information down the page, in the righthand column. Many of the Centurions will be happy to tell you about other groups in the area that might be playing the games you're looking for.

As War Artisan has pointed out, attend one of the Saturday Centurion games, the people there will fill in on who to contact and when others are playing. There are at least three other groups in TC that play Historical games on a regular bases.

I would also suggest that you talk to them at Village Games in Champlin. I believe there is a group of WWII gamers in that area. villagegames.net

Centurions Wargaming Group would fit your requirements.

Meets first and third Saturdays of the month at Source Comics and Games at Snelling and Hwy 36 opposite Harmar Mall in Rosevile.

Reg. F&F is one of their preferred rules sets and ACW is done in 15mm.

I suggest dropping in an introducing yourself.

I'm at the Source often enough such that I am happy to introduce myself for sure!

The Saint Paul Irregulars played some ACW when I lived there, using Picquet.

We play ACW using fields of battle as well as carnage and glory. If you like send me an email at stpistaff at yahoo.com and I can help you out.
