If you want to use FB, use it. If you don't, don't. As someone above said, not having a FB (or orher social media) presence is not a badge of honour and thinking it is in 2018 is downright stupid. For most businesses nowadays, it's absolutely essential and as a way of keeping in touch with friends and family it can be a revelation. It shouldn't need to be pointed out that being active here on TMP or any other forum really isn't that different.

It shouldn't need to be pointed out that being active here on TMP or any other forum really isn't that different. Very logical and accurate. However it seems this quote applies: "You can't reason somebody out of a position they didn't reason themselves in to". If you don't want to use FB, that's fine. It's not a badge of honour. Thinking so just illustrates the quote above.
