I learnt to fly on Scottish Aviation Bulldogs. I said at the club 1 night that I'd flown Bulldogs and 1 of the members asked if they were Bristol Bulldogs! I may be getting on a bit, but I'm not that old! Nice model from a period when aircraft had real character. |

From the Wiki article on the Bulldog: "Bulldog K2227 (S.No. unknown) survives at the RAF Museum, Hendon. A Bulldog IV A (BU-59, S.No. 7810[13]) survives at the Hallinportti Aviation Museum, Kuorevesi, Jämsä, Finland. A two-seat airworthy replica is being built in the USA." link Jim |
