I was wondering if you were aware of any retailers or websites (aside from eBay) where I could buy GHQ Modern Micro Armor minis? I don't have an issue buying directly from GHQ but they don't accept PayPal as payment and I would prefer not to use my credit card on the net if possible. Therefore I am looking for other sales options if they exist. Thank you in advance for any help.

I just found out that Noble Knight has a selection of GHQ Micro Armor! Where do you buy your's from?

I think Gamecraftminis has them in stock now, not sure how much he carries though. I see they take paypal.

Sentry Box in Calgary, Alberta usually has a pretty good stock.

I'm located in Canada so the Sentry Box option would be the most cost effective for me. Unfortunately Sentry Box has temporarily withdrawn their catalogue for updating.

You could call them and see what they have.

Doesn't help you now, I know--but it's about blinking time! That thing was antediluvian.

Agent31. Where in Ontario and what rules are you playing? OK, just found your team yankee post. Still wouldn't mind finding some micro armour guys in Ontario. I am at the north end of the GTA but willing to travel. Plus I have too much '80s armour.

have you tried calling them and giving your CC number over the phone?

Dave from I-94. If he doesn't have it, he can usually get it quick.

Noble Knight has been a great place to buy GHQ

The Wargames Emporium have Paypal. They're in the UK, so they probably have cheaper shipping than ordering from the US. Maybe, as it's a flat rate international charge, unless they refund some? Just what their website says!

And, in reference to Agent31 and Stephen M's geographical locaitons, we sometimes play 6mm Cold War in Kitchener/Waterloo. As for rules, some quite like Cold War Commander, some like modern FoW (but use 6mm), some like Fistful of TOWs. We haven't played for a while though.

To stephen m:

I have just started jumping into the Micro Armor hobby and I am exploring all my options at the moment. TY 6mm looks interesting to me since I know the novel on which the game theme is based but I am open to other rule systems too. At the moment I have made a modest GHQ Micro Armour purchase (Modern Era) tanks but I have yet to paint them.

To Tony S:
I live in York Region north of Toronto so as interesting as it would be to play in Waterloo it would be a far drive, sorry.

Agent31

Sent you an email. If you want to get together or just talk let me know.

Tony S

I would be willing to travel every few months for a game I like. If you would be willing to host a couple games to get me up to speed it would be appreciated. If Agent is nearby, and he seems he is, I would be happy to pick him up and bring him along. I attend a board wargames group in Toronto monthly which I have run a couple miniatures games so that is a possibility to recruit more players.

Stephen
