Oops. Sorry. I feel really badly. On my monitor the photos appear really washed out, I thought that was grey primer. Looking closer I see they are painted. I'm not a coffee drinker, so I'll need to be more careful in the morning. |

I don't think anyone is insulting anyone, they are simply observing that the models in the pictures are a little hard to see, and the painting style is subdued. |

Looking hard at the photos, the highlighting on the sails and hull is okay, and the flags and mast look crisp. I wonder if this is a photography problem, not a painting problem. Photographing miniatures is a known problem. |
