Oops. Sorry. I feel really badly.

On my monitor the photos appear really washed out, I thought that was grey primer. Looking closer I see they are painted. I'm not a coffee drinker, so I'll need to be more careful in the morning.

I don't think anyone is insulting anyone, they are simply observing that the models in the pictures are a little hard to see, and the painting style is subdued.

Looking hard at the photos, the highlighting on the sails and hull is okay, and the flags and mast look crisp. I wonder if this is a photography problem, not a painting problem. Photographing miniatures is a known problem.
